Certification

Certification requires an active Channel Manager partnership and existing Supply Connectivity credentials. It is an ordered process:

1. Mapping request. Submit Agoda property mapping for each hotel you will access.
2. Entitlement grant. Agoda grants current per-property entitlement for those hotels to your Channel Manager integration.
3. Credential check. Confirm that your existing Supply Connectivity credentials authenticate successfully against this API for an entitled property_id.
4. Webhook receiver URL. Submit an HTTPS receiver URL. Agoda configures the destination. There is no public API for webhook registration or destination changes. Agoda collects the token URL and client credentials during setup.
5. Echo test. Agoda runs an echo test against the submitted receiver URL using that OAuth 2.0 client-credentials authentication. See Webhook contract.
6. Support. After certification, contact Agoda Connectivity for integration issues using the correlation fields in Support correlation.
