Minimum requirements for certification

When connecting to Agoda, you will be required to develop to at least 4 Endpoints. Endpoints to be developed will depend on the features and functions that the Channel Manager or Direct Connect would like to use.

Note: It is possible for Channel Managers to use Content Push API even if the certification is not completed. However, the Channel Manager will only be able to manage 10 properties if not certified.

How do I certify my connection?

Channel Managers:

Self-Certification: A script testing in survey format for partner to complete after finishing the development.
Pilot: A trial period connecting with 2-3 live properties to ensure connection stability.

Direct Connects:

End-to-End Supervised Certification: Your connectivity manager will provide a Test Plan to complete after finishing the development.
Pilot: A trial period connecting with 2-3 live properties to ensure connection stability.

How can I create a test hotel and see end-to-end process?

End-to-end process is available in production environment only so we suggest you to push a test property to production in Test city. Below are coordinates and details of the Test city.
