Checks the availability and price prior to submitting the booking to supplier/partner.

If there is a matching offer (rate) then the following will be compared:

1. Enough number of rooms to satisfy the booking (allotment should be >= requested number of rooms).
2. Returned price is either an exact match or under the buffer (+- %).

If both conditions are met, the availability check is considered to be successful. If either of the conditions fails the verification, Agoda will fail the availability check.
